Welcome to Llandrindod Wells, in the heart of Wales!
Situated rights in the heart of Wales is the town of Llandrindod Wells, where you are sure to receive a very warm welcome all the year round. 
The highlight of the town’s year is the Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival, due to celebrate its 31st edition in 2012. With free music concerts, exhibitions, costume parades, dances, street entertainment, a historical vehicle display, competitions and a firework display, there is truly something here for everyone. For those who love the great outdoors, Llandrindod Wells is ideally situated. With the Brecon Beacons National Park right on your doorstep, you will have every kind of activity to choose from. Go hillwalking on Pen y Fan, explore the National Showcaves Centre at the Dan-yr-Ogof cave system, walk along Offa’s Dyke National Trail, hire a boat on the Brecon and Monmouth Canal, build a coracle and sail it in a duck pond, go gliding, or play golf at the Cradoc or Palleg and Swansea Valley Golf Clubs. And above all – enjoy the fresh air!

  • Victorian Festival Victorian Festival

    The 31st Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival will take place from 18th - 16th August 2012. Step back in time and enjoy the Victorian era with music from the likes of the Liverpool Theatre Company, dancing at the Literary and Grand Ball, the Miss Llandrindod competition, street performers, costume parades, historic vehicle displays, the Grand Fireworks Display, and much more.

    The Brecon Beacons National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Brecon Beacons, the Black Mountains and Fforest Fawr offer a fantastic array of outdoor opportunities, including hillwalking, caving, watersports, golf and gliding. Three long-distance footpaths also pass through the National Park - the Beacon Way, Offa's Dyke National Trail, and the Taff Trail.
